Hiding in plainsight... Undead among us...

Question of the pathfinder community collective... My group is running Hell's Vengeance and my Wizard/Necromancer has a Skeletal Champion as a cohort. I wanted to inquire about bringing him out in public to some less hospitable areas with the end goal of disguising him as a human male. Are there spells/effects that could be utilized to that end?

Was thinking:
Undetectable Alingment
Hat of Disguise, Greater

There's the Fleshy Facade spell but the duration seems too short to be useful. The spells Flesh Puppet and Flesh Puppet Horde allow you to create zombies that look/act alive.

There is the Appearance of Life spell which can be made permanent. But honestly, for a single undead hat of disguise greater is a cheaper option.

Full plate with the visor closed. Done.

The hat should be fine, but two options I've found are The Daywalker spell and, if it weren't for the Reflex save, I'd recommend Skin Suit

Thanks for the responses. Will help keep "Tim" from upsetting any locals.

Shadow Lodge

I once had an alchemist achieve lichdom. His body was perfectly preserved so he appeared alive.

Reminds me of Overlord.
