Double Weapon Utility Enchantments

Rules Questions

So I get how it works in general. My question is how it works when the sides are enchanted with different utility effects. For example if only one side had called would I be able to summon the whole thing, split it in half, or just be unable to use the effect? Anchoring and unseen are also good examples of this type of effect.

RAW suggests you'd summon/anchor the whole thing, but I'd houserule that double weapons should be enchanted symmetrically.

Functionally, you enchant ONE end with Anchoring for the price listed. It anchors the whole thing because it doesn't move when anchored. HOWEVER, should someone SUNDER that wend, you would lose the Anchoring ability but not the ability to use the other end. This is, of course, not something that is done very often. The OTHER thing to take into account is that a weapon's individual head can't have more than a +10 enhancement bonus. So this is a good way to split up bonuses that effectively affect the whole weapon, but realistically are only affecting one end at a time, like throwing and anchoring. HOWEVER, I would rule that "unseen" only works on the end of the weapon that it is on, as each end is "treated as a separate weapon." This is the same way that when you enchant one end with throwing, you can only throw it with that end hitting and only apply the returning property to that end (but the entire thing would return). Making you unable to "split" the throwing/returning +1/+1 between the two ends (the +2 would need to be on one end, but the entire weapon would return to you).
