Has anyone given any thought to what the Ethereal Realm would look like around Kintargo? As the players progress through the levels it's common enough that someone will start to peer into it and I'd like to be prepared with something to describe.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Ethereal Kintargo should be exactly like the maze of fogs described in the manual, except for the shadows left by some of Kintargo's most relevant buildings. Maybe you meant the Plane of Shadow?
I would however propose some trace of mr B' scheme in the ethereal plane, like, i dunno, a 300 ft cloud resembling his angry face gently floating over the city.

Aaaaooowwwww...... you're partially right.... I was conflating the Ethereal Realm and the Dimension of Dreams. I read both Strange Aeons and The House on Hook Street while deciding what I wanted to run for my group before going with Hell's Rebels.
I like the idea of hinting at his schemes!
