Snow on the Aspodell Mountains in summer?

Given the height of the mountain range (highest peaks are known to reach above 9,000 feet) and their latitude, is there likely to be much snow on the Aspodell Mountains in Summer? Or would most of it melt in Spring, causing flooding risks?

The lower snows will melt, causing flooding as appropriate to the geography and the precipitation. But unless it's an unusual year I'd expect the flooding in a given place to have happened there before so there won't be (many) settlements at great risk. Though people do naturally live by rivers. As a general rule, dangerous floods aren't caused by melting as it's too slow, but rather by heavy rain.

There is likely to be some snow year-round on higher north-facing slopes; you might have a small glacier in a shadowed valley.

Thanks. I didn’t know the latitude to check for an Earth analogue. My players’ characters will be making their way there late Gozran, so I’ll have to have a rain storm hit, instead of a blizzard. The glacier is a nice touch too.
