Looks like Awaken could be cheesed using the Silent Spell feat...

The cheese is real after all.

Surprised that nobody mentioned that Awaken is not on the Cleric/Oracle spell list, so you would have to get somebody else to cast it for you, unless you used Miracle to duplicate it (but how are you going to think of doing that if your Intelligence has been reduced to 2?).

Awaken is the 10th Level Nature mystery bonus spell.

You do need to get someone to cast it for you because your intelligence is 2. You have reduced yourself to the level of an animal that is not capable of thinking "okay so the next step in my plan is to use my magic to cure my intelligence damage". Stats mean things.

I know everyone loves finding idiotic ways to break the game, but Awaken isn't a personal spell. There's no need to make absurd and unsupported interpretations of what something with an Int of 2 can do to make this idea work. You're just taking a procedure already dubious and stupid and making it more so for no reason.

Isn't a part of the Awaken Nature Oracle loop to cast Miracle -> Contingency, for a simple "When Intelligence has been drained to <3, cast Awaken" contingency? Simple and self-contained.

Well, putting aside that 'waaaay-wrong' word "everyone" for a moment -- I don't necessarily think this argument applies in this particular Thread.

It's a Thread of complete hypothetical ideas. All of the posts are just guesses or opinions of the abstract.

For some of us it's all personal Fluff since the deities don't have stat blocks. For some it's more fun in the metagame realm (The DM is most powerful.). For some it's fun to find rules-mechanics in the game and go crazy with them.

In any case, it's all in the abstract. It's all for fun. It's all subjective. Let the Crunch-Monkey Munchkins have their fun; leave 'em alone.

Meanwhile, I stand by my post -- the DM's favorite is the most powerful. I guarantee that in my games no one will ever beat Strahd. ....Whereas I could maybe see, maybe, a campaign where Demogorgon or Rovagug -- and certainly Pharasma -- being killed by the PCs at the end-fight.

Interesting... I can see Strahd destroyed, IF and only IF the PCs have jumped through all the hoops to sever his ties to thje land of Barovia and to procure the weapons that can kill him.

The gods since they have no stats and their powers are just "anything the DM feels like"

I thought of that, but since Awaken isn't a Cleric/Oracle spell(*), you would have to use Miracle to duplicate it, and Miracle is too high level to work with Contingency.

(*)And if it turns out to be indeed a 10th level Nature Mystery spell, its level is too high to work with Contingency.

Awaken is indeed the 10th level nature oracle bonus spell coming in as a 5th level spell meaning you only need to be caster level 15th to set it up with Contigency, which in turn is only a 6th level spell and easily duplicated by Miracle which can duplicate any spell of 7th level or lower.

^Oops, I somehow excised the spell between Grove of Respite and Stone Tell . . . then when I heard people talking about 10th level spell in a Pathfinder 2nd Edition thread, I thought they meant a 10th tier spell.

Short Answer, Pharasma is THE most Powerful God that we currently know about. This is not conjecture either, this is literal "Word of God" from James Jacob.

Granted the Gods do NOT have stats, so if you are asking for the most powerful creature with stats. That is another question.

Yep the classic case of caster level, class level, character level, and spell level getting mixed together, tangentially to that makes me wonder how contigency will work in 2e with caster level no longer playing a role. Also my vote for strongest god is Aroden clearly just waiting it out to come back and command a horde of starstone ascended dieties.
