Adding Events For Online Event Registration

Several folks have asked to add events so that attendees can sign up on paizo.com. I'm looking over the schedule to see what we have. I'll unlock this thread tomorrow morning and post details of what tables are open to be reserved. Any games added at this point will be list online and not in the program booklet. Tickets will go into the packets for attendees that register and any tickets that are not taken will go on the extra ticket table. You do not have to take the whole time block.

What you need to provide:

Understood! I don’t want it on the Warhorn because I’m not recruiting players. (To be honest, I also don’t want it in the online listing.) I’m only posting it here because Sara Marie suggested that I needed to do that in order to try to reserve a space for the table.

Actually, what is the table situation for the pre and post-con games? Are we going to be able to set up in one of the event rooms, or are we running things in our hotel rooms? Is there anything official that can be done to be sure there's a place with a handful of tables for early arrivals and late departures to play?

There's apparently 10 tables between the two Evergreen rooms, where pre-con games usually happen.

No idea about post-con games.

Pre (anything before 8am on Friday) and post convention (anything after 2-3pm on Monday) games are up to the individual people running and playing them. Whether or not the hotel allows you in any of the rooms prior to that is completely up to the discretion of the hotel.
