Greetings, all!
Let's assume I'm a Technician with the Mad Scientist archetype and want to learn the Warp talent Extradimensional Room. What feat(s) are needed for this?
If I take Extra Magic Talent: Warp to gain access to the Warp sphere, can I use Sphere talents from Technician levels on Warp Sphere abilities?
Thankee!

Basic Magical Training: you still aren't considered a caster.

No: to take magical talents via class-granted talents you need to have the Casting class feature.

For clarification, in-order to gain Extradimensional Room, you will need the following feats:
- Basic Magical Training for the Warp sphere
- Extra Magic Talent for Extradimensional Room talent

Does Basic Magic Training grant any talents from Warp, and if so, which?
Once you've taken Basic Magic Training (which grants you one sphere) you can take Extra Magical Talent for anything Spheres of Power you want.
How would multiclassing Technician/Incanter affect access to Magic Spheres?
Talents granted from Incanter levels would grant magic Spheres and talents. It still wouldn't allow you to gain magic talents using talents granted by the Technician progression.
I think you're getting confused by the fact that both Spheres of Power and Spheres of Might use similar terminology. Look at the name of the "talents" column of a class: it should either say "Magic Talents" or "Combat Talents". Those are the only kinds of talents levels in that class will grant.
