What is the DC for avoiding being intoxicated?

Typically individual beverages will have their own save DCs based on their potency.
If you want to keep it simple, use the method in your link. 1 drink + double your Con modifier for capacity and anything over that causes drunkenness (equivalent penalty to being sickened). If they're strong drinks count them as 2 or more.

Otherwise, assume simple ales and beers are probably Fort DCs of 5-10, and get stronger as you go along (and remember that multiple doses can increase the DC and duration of the effects).

With the sheer amount of variances in beverages, composition, serving size, how watered down they are, etc. It's hard to make a list, but generally you will have to scale them yourself (and be reasonable, even a creature immune to poison can only drink so much before they need to purge themselves, from one end or the other.)
Some examples are:
Dwarven Fire Ale (DC 20)
Elven Absinthe (DC 16)
So you're good with anywhere from DC 5–10 (watered down ale and beer up to good ale and beer with most wines in there) to 11–15 (potent wines up to spirits) to 20+ (hard, exotic drinks and really good moonshine) with obvious overlaps and variants.
