Syrinscape order not working

In order #4775800 I've ordered a Syrinscape product, but the "fetch serial number" link on the My Download page is not working. Can you help me?

I need this product on Wednesday, so if the problem is not easily solvable until then, I would prefer the order to be canceled and refunded, so I can go directly to Syrinscape's page.

Hello Zaister,

I have pinged Syrinscape for a serial number. As soon as I hear back from them I will pass it along to you. If I have not heard back yet on Wednesday we can refund the order. If you prefer to do that right away I can do that as well.

Thanks, Diego. Due to the time difference to Europe, I think it's probably best, to use the refund option if you do not get the serial by end of business (your time) on Tuesday, which is, like, Wednesday morning for me. Would that work?
