A couple of questions about the PACG sale.

How often do they have a sale on the card game and are the collections part of it. With the sale going on I'm looking to complete my Rise of the Runelords base game but I'm also interested in the S&S collection. Are the collection always available for 59.99 or is it because of the sale that it's the price that it is.

This is the only time they have packaged card game adventure paths as collections. The collections will not be available after the sale ends.

This is by far the biggest card game sale Paizo had ever had. By my recollection, they have put some of the accessories (like character mats) on sale before and some of the "non-mint" copies, but never anything of this scope.
