Dancer of the Boreal Valley

Advice

Aloha everyone!

I want to create the Dancer of the Boreal Valley, a Dark Souls 3 boss in Pathfinder.
For everyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, here's the link:

Dancer of the Boreal Valley Cutscene

Dancer of Boreal Valley Fight

Now this is the framework I had in mind:

CR 12-14
High dex huge outsider
Fire-themed SLAs

I now want the creature suit into the pathfinder lore. What kind of outsider could it be?
And how could I stat out the creature? You maybe have ideas for abilities it should have?

Thank you in advance!

Mechanically and aesthetically, an efreeti with the giant template and five levels of fighter will be CR 14 and a pretty close approximation to DotBV's abilities. The template and fighter levels will give you the following stat array:

Str 31, Dex 20, Con 24, Int 10, Wis 14, Cha 17

With the extra feats from its fighter levels give it Two-weapon Fighting, Improved Two-weapon fighting, doubleslice, Greater Two-weapon Fighting, Weapon specialization: scimitar, and Advanced Weapon Training: effortless dual-wielding.

With the efreeti's racial feats I'd swap out deceitful and improved initiative for power attack and weapon focus: scimitar. You could swap out another feats to give it improved unarmed attack and improved grapple, but thematically I think it's actually more appropriate for her not to have improved grapple considering how telegraphed her grab attack is in the actual game.

Efreet have the heat ability which makes all their melee weapon attacks do +1d6 fire damage, so you're covered there. For gear I'd give her a glove of storing for her 2nd scimitar and maybe give that 2nd scimitar the corrosive ability. Put her in full plate and you're gtg.

Thanks Xexyz! Those are great ideas. I would prefer her to be primary dex based but other than that I might follow your advice :)

I gave it a try to make her a unique outsider:

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Dance of the Boreal Valley(Ex): As swift action Dancer of the Boreal Valley can become a whirling dancer of death for one round three times per day. While in this dance, she can take a full attack action (for melee attacks only) and still move up to her speed. However, the Dancer of the Boreal Valley must move a minimum of 5 feet between each attack when using this ability, and she cannot return to a square she just exited (though she may return to that square later during her full attack). The Dancer of the Boreal Valley is subject to attacks of opportunity while dancing, but may use the acrobatics skill normally as part of her move. A Dancer of the Boreal Valley prevented from completing her move is also prevented from finishing her full attack.

What do you think?

Seems to match visually, and its attributes line up with monster creation guidelines, for the most part.

Though some bits aren't consistent with its actual attributes. Spoiler/wiki warning.

She has no special resistances, though she does have immunity to the Frost, Poison, and Toxic statuses. The Frost immunity could just be represented by a constant Endure Elements effect, or a bit of resistance to Cold.

She is weak to Dark, Lightning, and Strike, though Vulnerability might be overkill in representing this. I'd just interpret these as something she's not particularly resistant to.

While one sword deals Fire damage, and is thus easily replicated by giving it Flaming, the other deals Dark damage. You could just give her an ability to deal negative energy with the offhand blade, but since the Dancer's Enchanted Swords are available to the player functioning (mostly) the same, I'd probably make the damage inherent to the weapon. This might be a bit harder to replicate, as the only way I know how to do that is with a few levels of Cleric and either the Grayflame enchantment or the Channel Smite feat, though Unholy could work as well. Or you could just use the Corrosive enchantment as a substitute for Dark, as recommended by Xexyz
