I recently (i.e. about a week ago) added a Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription, starting with volume 1. I have not received notice of a September order, my account shows no order, and things in my sidecart are still showing as shipping with my October shipment. Can you please fix this?

Hi Redelia,
Thanks for letting us know! It looks like your first book from the subscription (volume 121) was in your sidecart. It should have generated #122, but I think our system got confused because it looks like you had previously started a subscription with #122 and then canceled it. So the system saw the book in there and thought another one didn't need to be generated. Kind of silly, but I think there were just some wires crossed somewhere. Sorry for the mixup!
I've given your account a poke and I believe I should have it all sorted out now. I'll go ahead and send you an email for the order that was generated so you can look it over to verify that everything is correct. Just let me know if any adjustments need to be made.

Hello Redelia,
Thank you for letting us know. I have manually adjusted the shipping so it should be correct now. I have also applied your store credit to the order. You will be receiving 2 updated email confirmations. The first just reflects the shipping change, the second also reflects the store credit.
