Not on a Friday, im thinking more on shields and armor.
That's very reasonable.
I'd personally be surprised if we didn't get a class this week, just for the sake of regularity if nothing else. And the Barbarian might be less controversial and probably doesn't need an armor blog in advance. So unless we get an unexpected Wednesday blog I'm guessing Barbarian for Friday.
(But you're probably right tbh)

Because the Weapons Blog incorrectly dates itself as a Friday Blog, my current theory is that it was originally the Blog that we were going to receive this upcoming Friday. Although that doesn’t give us too much to extrapolate from, seeing as how a Weapons Blog would be thematically be tied to a Fighter Blog, which we already have.
I think that the planned Monday Blog was pushed back because something about the class was recently changed slightly due to Internal Playtesting/Feedback, and the Blog needed to be edited to reflect those changes.
That, or people were making a big huff over anathema, so Paizo wanted to give the forum some time to cool down before dropping the actual Paladin Blog on us. ; )

They did say that any blogs on Wednesdays would be art related. But now that we know that the art in the playtest document is by Wayne Reynolds, what is left to say about it? We are most likely seeing all of this great art that they are ready to show us in the Monday and Friday blogs.

Not strictly for art, I don't think. That's a slight narrowing if what was said in the April 11th Know Direction ... which I see I rather unhelpfully noted as "art and stuff" here—But unless I'm misremembering, the "and stuff" did sound like a real part of that.
(Of course it's always possible that I ~am~ misremembering and it was a clearer statement than I'm thinking now.)

I’d love a Sorc blog, but I’m betting Wizard is ahead in line- and probably at least one of the other classes to break it up a bit. Friday blog seems unlikely to be a class, though.
I would expect most of the remaining classes to end up similar to the Cleric where you break it up into two blogs so you have more time to focus on a specific class feature.
Mon: Cleric class, Fri: DomainsMon: Sorcerer; Fri: Bloodline
Mon: Paladin; Fri: Smite?
Mon: Druid; Fri: Wild Shape
Mon: Monk; Fri: Ki powers
Mon: Wizard; Fri: School Powers
Mon: Barbarian; Fri: Rage Powers
Mon: Ranger; Fri: Favored Enemy OR Free Bonus Feats (maybe?)

Join us at 4 pm Pacific for #PaizoFriday! Today, @Dan_Servo chats with @loganbonner about #PathfinderPlaytest clerics and equipment. It's gonna be a blast! Paizo Friday!

(this strongly suggests to me that today's blog will continue the equipment theme. so I'd guess armor)

Ooh, ooh, what if they're seeing if the "Spiritual, material, mental, vital" way to divide spells is actually feasible? That'd probably force them to take a step back before releasing the wizard blog.
I don't actually think that's what happened, my assumption is the actual four lists are: arcane, divine, primal, artistic or deception. But it would be neat if some chance comment on the board wound up changing the way Magic works.

I hope we get a blog post about what rituals in PF2 will look like before we get a caster class preview. It would be nice to know what is happening with rituals as a game mechanic before seeing a wizard and thinking that they have been "nerfed" because they lost access to x,y,z spells, if those spells will be readily available as rituals.

I'm expecting a blog structure of Wizards on Monday and spells/rituals on Friday, like they did with Clerics and domains. But who knows.
I'm not sure whether I'd guess that for this week or if we might get a martial class to build on the gear info from last week.
And I suppose we still need a humans, half-elves, and half-orcs ancestries blog at some point to round those out.

I am really craving a new blog post. Like, I always am. But now I feel like I need it to fix something instead of just wanting more because more is good.
The Paladin blogs have made this board dominated by alignment and code threads. And I gotta say, I just don't think those conversations are that interesting. I have my opinions on them, but I don't think these issues are nearly as import to iron out as other stuff. Objectively, there's no right answer to whether Paladins should be LG or not. It's like, just your opinion man.
Discussing game balance and speculating on what the new game will look like is way more fun, and it is a bummer that we aren't as focused on that right now.

I am with you, generally speaking.
I hope tomorrow's blog is on multiclassing or equipment enchanting rules.

Yeah, it kind of just feels like the same old Paladin and Alignmenf debates of PF1 to me.

I hide all paladin or alignment threads, so this week on the forum has been ... crickets. ~Really~ need a new blog.
My guess: humans, half-elves, and half-orcs. Something less controversial and a major hole in the system as we've seen it so far. I can't think of another reveal that fits those criteria. Any other guesses for tomorrow?

Maybe... It is hard to imagine getting excited for something so basic as a race. TBH, the exciting part about the previous racial blogs wasn't so much the races themselves but what they revealed about the character creation process. Do we have any big holes left there? I guess there's backgrounds. Hypothetically, we could see clues about that worked into a human and halfies blog, but it seems like a big enough thing to get its own blog post.
Backgrounds would be cool. I feel like Bards would probably be the most exciting class given we have no idea how their spells will look. Sorcerer casting has a lot of unknowns, but I feel like we have a decent idea what to expect from the wizard and druid. Rangers will probably follow the Paladin example.
Barbarians might be good. No one objects to barbarians. Most of us like them quite a bit, in fact.

A typo of an extra ‘r’ throws the boards into chaos.
As the flames continue to burn, Paizo decides to go with another sequel to Kill Doctor Lucky instead. But seriously, I’m looking forward to the blog, and to Monday’s larger blog.

Listen: Iron Claw is a shockingly competent fantasy RPG even if you have to put on stupid costumes to cast magic.
