A new player just asked me if they could play an upcoming game with a pregen and apply the chronicle sheet to their brand new -701 PC who's halfway through AP1 (and thus doesn't have a chronicle sheet yet).
I have a similar question for incomplete Quests play, whereas PCs aren't "locked" but cannot complete remaining Quests if they're played in another adventure - does playing a pregen count?
In both cases, if this is possible, because the multi-session chronicle sheet isn't applicable yet, is the chronicle sheet from playing the pregenerated PC applicable to a brand new PC?
To all three of these questions I can see valid reasons to go either way.
This question might be a candidate for inclusion in the new guild guide, I couldn't find the answer under either "PREGENERATED CHARACTERS" on page 6 or "MULTI-SESSION ADVENTURES AND EXTENDED PLAY" on page 11.
