Looking for some great modules to take our party from level 7-20.

Adventures

Our party is looking for what I think most parties are looking for from modules: a great story as well as memorable, well-designed encounters.

So far we're playing Dragon's Demand, trying to slide in Carrion Hill somewhere during it followed by From Shore to Sea right after. This should easily take us to level 7, maybe 8.

The plan was to do Expedition to Ravenloft after that (and we're still up for it), but I've never converted 3.5 stuff and I'm leery of it, seems like a lot of work doing that much content. If we don't play it there's a gap from level 7 or 8 up to 11.

The only thought I had was Realm of the Fellnight Queen (level 7-8), assuming it's any good? Suggestions from levels 7 up to 11 or 12 are very welcome!

I'm interested in using The Demon Within (levels 11-13). Has anyone played or run it? I know, I'm a hypocrite because it's 3.5, but I love the flavor. Besides, converting a module covering two levels' worth of material is still less work than converting EtR. Having said that, if someone can come up with something equivalent to Demon Within in flavor that I don't need to convert I'd be open to it.

Of the higher level modules I've heard good things about Tomb of the Iron Medusa (14), The Moonscar (16) and The Witchwar Legacy (17). Any thoughts about high level modules are very welcome also.

Slumbering Tsar from Frog God Games is for level 7 -20. It's really great and comes highly recommend by others (haven't had the chance to play myself).
Turns out, it's half price these days:

There's also the Emerald Spire superdungeon - it has themed single dungeon levels that each give roughly one character level, from 1 to 16. The overall plot/story isn't too cohesive, but some individual levels have some good things going on. I've only played/preppped up to level 6, I', afraid.

I'm not at all interested in the Emerald Spire, the whole point is to have a great story. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I've run Expedition to Ravenloft for Pathfinder Characters with barely any conversion. You have some "underpowered" creatures, but in 3.5 Ravenloft was an absolutely brutal campaign. Where monsters could be switched for their from-the-book Pathfinder Equivalent I did that, and some NPCs got switched for NPCs from the various hardcover books, but aside from that I ran it from the book.

7th Level Pathinder characters can move through more encounters in more "interesting" fashion and actually explore the entire castle without getting beaten down time and time again. It may not be as challenging at points, but the story will shine through.

Tears at Bitter Manor is a module for level 5 characters that should take them to level 7-ish. The story in it is quite good, but the opening of the module is quite long and involved (a hook that might not work for you, a couple of trips between towns, plus a wilderness exploration section). Running just the finale, in the eponymous manor is possible, but would likely lose large portions of the story if run standalone and unmodified. You might be able to modify the finale enough to work for you, or perhaps use it instead of Shore to Sea, or integrate it with a trip to another scenario. As written, the setting is located in Taldor (near Casomir), but could likely be easily translated to another location with a little thought.
