Remove star requirement to run retirement arcs

With 2.0 coming up I would really like to run some of the retirement arcs but finding a GM to run them can be tough. I think the star requirements should be dropped , allowing more players to experience these scenarios before 2.0 drops.

There are no star requirements to run retirement arcs. Anyone can run Eyes of the Ten or the All for Immortality series or Unleashing the Untouchable.

Indeed the only real considerations are: make sure you find a GM you enjoy playing with, and one who preferably has already played the arc.
