Transaction Failed

Heya, I was trying to place an order for some miniatures, and when putting in the final bit of my credit card information, the website would hang. Later, I see when reattempting the order this morning, that there is a failed transaction message on payments.

I confirmed it isn't on my bank's end, and nor does trying the order a second time work. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Mureaux,

Thanks for letting us know! I took a look into the cart, and it seems that it may have been a small blip on the part of our card processor. I tried again and was able to submit the order on my end, so I'll go ahead and send you a confirmation email for that in just a moment.

I also wanted to let you know that you'll probably see an authorization on your card for a bit, but it will likely disappear before we are able to get the order sent out. Two of the minis - Callie and the Harpy - are waiting on a restock from Reaper. It looks like the estimated timeframe on those is up to 18 business days. The rest of the order will want to wait until those come in before it ships, but if you'd prefer to split them off or cancel them, just let me know and I'll be happy to help out with that.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to assist you as best I can.
