Rain18 Still Valid Today?

The blog says it is valid through March 5, 2018 (today) I applied it to my cart yesterday but did not complete check out, I'm trying to check out now and it looks like its not being applied properly. Could I get it added back if there's some issue.


I tried applying it today, and while there was no message saying it didn't work or wasn't valid - the discount does not show up.

Hello Shaudius,

The promotion is still active through the end of the day today. The reason you cannot see it being applied is because some of the items in the order were added before the promotion started, so the system sees that as the creation date. I have manually applied it to the items, but it may reset my changes when you submit the order. If it does let us know and we can manually adjust it again.

You are not able to apply the promotion because it is a single use code and you used it earlier this month for the items that are in your sidecart.

Thanks Diego, it looks like it reset the changes, I have submitted the order. While you are there, I also never got store credit for the back-ordered AP1 that I bought the PDF for, I thought that I had replied to the e-mail requesting the store credit but it looks like I may not have.

Just the original issue regarding the rain18 code (I submitted the order and it has been processed.)

I've manually added the rain18 discount back to the order, and refunded the difference of $17.11 back to your account in the form of store credit. You should be all set, just let me know if there are any further questions you may have.
