Using the Craft Skill to craft multiple mundane items

Rules Questions

When your using the craft skill to make something really cheap, can you craft said item in bulk?

For instance, a kukri is 2gp (20sp) and has a DC 15 Craft (Weapons) to make. The minimum roll required to beat that (15) can make up to 225sp worth of progress, which is 11.25 times more progress than I need to make the kukri. If I state that I want to make 10 kukris before rolling, can I use that result to make all 10 kukris with the same roll?

Nope, unless you have a class feature, feat, or item that says otherwise. One a week.

Annoyingly no. But, you don't spend all week on it either. Make 11.25 times the needed progress? Divide your week by 11.25. Assuming 7 days a week, you complete your kukri in 5 hours. Feel free to start on the next one immediately.

It's as I feared. Not even cooperative crafting will help speed this up. Oh well, I'll have to settle for day-by-day crafting. Thanks for the clarification guys!

How many kukri's are you trying to make, exactly? Roll that many times. Assuming none fail, calculate how many hours each one takes, add those hours together, divide by 8. That's how many days it takes you. More rolls and a little math, but shouldn't take more than a couple minutes with a calculator assuming you're not trying to make 500+ or something. Even better, calculate what you get taking 10, then you don't even have to bother rolling or adding...

Say you have 1 rank, it's a class skill, and you have masterwork tools. That gives you a +6, taking 10 gets you 16. 16x12=240 which is 12x what you need, so each one takes you 1/12 of a week. 'Take 10' 12 times that week. You have 12 Kukri.

The default crafting period is a week, but it can also be done by the day.

Progress by the Day: You can make checks by the day instead of by the week. In this case your progress (check result × DC) should be divided by the number of days in a week.

and earlier it said,

4. Make an appropriate Craft check representing one week's worth of work. If the check succeeds, multiply your check result by the DC. If the result × the DC equals the price of the item in sp, then you have completed the item. (If the result × the DC equals double or triple the price of the item in silver pieces, then you've completed the task in one-half or one-third of the time. Other multiples of the DC reduce the time in the same manner.) If the result × the DC doesn't equal the price, then it represents the progress you've made this week. Record the result and make a new Craft check for the next week. Each week, you make more progress until your total reaches the price of the item in silver pieces.

Thus, if the craft rolls by the day and regularly gets ten times the price of a kukri in his craft rolls (roll × the DC/7 in silver pieces), then the crafter could make ten kukri's in one day. But it would require ten Craft skill check rolls. Only ammunition is made in bulk.
