I mailed the customer service about it 3 days ago. No reaction, no reply, nothing.

What's happening with you guys ?

I'm sorry to hear that we haven't got to your email yet! We're pretty backlogged right now. Sorry!

These are items that we need to get in from a supplier before we can ship them, which is why they have a listed product availablity estimate of shipping from us in 4 to 18 business days.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like those have made it us just yet. I'm checking with the webstore team to see if they can find out more.

So you were selling an item not in your store and almost one month later you still don't know if you can send it.

Cancel the order and refund me please.

We don't have room the physically stock every possible item in our warehouse, so some items we have to get in from suppliers as they are ordered, which is why some items have different product availability estimates listed in their descriptions. Sometimes, unexpected problems arise with getting items in. I'm sorry to see that these have been having trouble.

As you requested, I have cancelled the order.

Please note that charges for items are not finalized until they are processed for shipping, so you have not been charged for this order. Anything you may have seen on your account at the time the order was submitted was just a temporary authorization that will expire from your account.
