Is Dhalavei a PFS Legal Diety to Worship?

As the title of the thread suggests, is Dhalavei a PFS legal deity to worship? Dhalavei shows up in the Faith and Philosophies book under the Vudrani Pantheon. As well Dhalavei appears in the PFS sanctioned module "Cult of the Ebon Destroyers". Obviously as LE you would need to be LN for PFS to derive any mechanical benefit.

I pulled out this from the Faith and Philosophies:

Pantheons: all pantheons on page 21 are legal for play except demon lords;

You will still have to abide by character creation rules.

So I guess my clarification question is whether I can pick a single God from the pantheon to worship (e.g., diety favored weapons, domains, etc.) or am I stuck worshiping a 'pantheon' similar to a 'philosophy'?

My method of determining if something obscure is PFS legal is usually to first look it up on archivesofnethys to find what source it's from and what page number it's on.

With that information I can then go to Additional Resources and see if it's legal.

It doesn't look like Dhalavei is.

So you can worship the Vudran Pantheon, generally, but you couldn't pick out Dhalavei and gain any mechanical benefits from worshipping them.
