Strange problem with my downloads

Last week I wrote the following to Customer Service:

Dear Customer Service,

I noticed some modules missing from my account. I bought several of the Fire Mountain Games modules in their "Way of the Wicked" Adventure Path. These included the modules "Knot of Thorns", "Call Forth Darkness", and "Tears of the Blessed". All of those are gone now, vanished from my downloads. In fact all the Fire Mountain Games products are gone except for a preview and "Tales of Talingarde".

Strangely, several Four Dollar Games modules have been incorrectly reclassified as Fire Mountain Games products.

Can someone please take a look at my downloads?

A few days later, I got this response:

The consignments team has checked these and can’t see anything wrong with the product set up that they can check.

Can you please try looking at your My Downloads in different browsers and see if they show up in any other browsers? If you are still having trouble with them after that, please let the team team know on the Website Feedback messageboards.

Well: I've tried this in four different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Explorer) on two different computers. It's all the same.
