If a shifter teaches someone druidic, they lose all the SU abilities, and can't take further class levels.
Could they take levels in druid though as per normal then, without any issues?
You know, I always thought of Druidic as a magical sort of 'language virus'. That is, if you learned it (or, say, read some Druidic text via comprehend languages), you'd either have to take a level of druid, or the infection would be fatal (because the bacteria eating your corpse are just as holy/magical as you are).
That way, druids (and, I guess shifters) don't all have some sort of 'honor code' about teaching Druidic (because, hey, CN druids, amiright?), it's that everyone who ever learned Druidic is a druid, or dead.
You're going to have a lot of opinion, and nobody speaking from on high.
So here's my opinion: The rules don't care if you take Druid after burning your bridges with the Druids by teaching the secret language. So go ahead, take a level of Druid.
But the DRUIDs care. Care so much you might NEED that level of Druid, to spell off the bees when the Druids put you in their wicker cage.
And you are intended to care. The shifter loses all supernatural abilities from the class if he teaches Druidic. SOME power, diety, or Nature herself, is upset by that. To then turn around and re-apply at the front door when you've been tossed out the back... well, maybe Nature respects chutzpah.
So, to answer your question...

By RAW (read as written) you can, unless you interpret the 'teaches' of the 'Ex-druids' section as also including the past. But even then an atonement is still an option.
I'd be very wary as a GM, especially if an oozemorph is involved, but this is the 'Rule Questions' part of the forum.

If you can't break a written code, you aren't trying hard enough.
