So the Rod of Wonder on a 66 to 69 will, " Reduce wielder two size categories (no save) for 1 day."
It does not say it functions as Reduce Person spell or anything else. Is there a theoretical limit on the size you can be reduced to? Or will you continue on into the atomic or sub-atomic levels?
Since it doesn't function as the spell, does everything else remain the same size? If it does that puts a limit on how long you can continue to 'wield' the rod, but when does that happen?

The limit would be the same as it is for increasing size. You can have 1 actual size increase and 1 effective size increase, so the same should apply in the opposite direction as well. As to the total number of size categories changed, that would depend on just what abilities are on you.

Ok, thank you guys. I didn't actually think you went sub-atomic. Good to know how some of these work a little better though.
Well... if the Rod hits someone Tiny, who becomes Fine, they could be anywhere in the Fine range, since it doesn't say anything like "one-quarter your size." And the Fine range has no lower bound. So a mischievous GM could put make your height an inch or, in theory, an Angstrom. And do non-mischievous GMs give out rods of wonder? ;-)

We picked it up doing the retirement arc and my level 12 Fighter suddenly became a 'Wizard'.
