Fencing Grace and Spiral Rapier

Does Fencing Grace work with a Spiral Rapier?

Fencing Grace requires Weapon Focus (Rapier) but I haven’t seen anything that clarifies the rule. My initial thought is no but isn’t a Spiral Rapier a Rapier?

From the description on d20pfsrd "Any effects that apply to rapiers also apply to a spiral rapier."

I would say yes it does.
