I find the first part of my order(case of figure boosters) to be late. As its lateness is impacting the games i run(RotR aniversary edition) and the enjoyment of my players i hope you'll look into the matter.

Im also surprised that orders that are normally trackable for individuals are not trackable for customers of a company of your size

I'll send you an email with some more information.
We can't provide tracking for most international orders (the exception being UPS International). We can't provide tracking for USPS Priority (domestic or international) because the tracking numbers are generated outside of our system and we do not have a way to sync them to orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.
