As title implies. My copy is missing pages 41-56.
Return it to the place of purchase and they should give you a new one.
The process I believe is: 1. Go back to supplier, request replacement. 2. Supplier replaces and requests replacement from their supplier. 3. Suppliers Supplier replaces and requests replacement from Paizo/Paizo's distributor.
I could be very wrong but that is what I recall.
