"Into the Wormhole," Thrills not Frills' initial offering (Monsters! Equipment!)

Third-Party Starfinder Products

Ladies, Gentlemen, Shirren, Maraquoi, and any other non-binary beings of the galaxy, Thrills not Frills is proud to announce its initial offering, a Creature Feature!

Relax in Momma Veska's, a tavern/inn on Absalom Station, designed to look like something you would find on Pathfinder Golarion. Take a peek through the wares of the Underworld on the Outlaw Moon. Fight your way through 40 new creatures, from Yurenocks, energy-draining pests that can threaten starships when fully grown; Floofs, adorable killing machines that turned on their creators millennia ago and now control their entire home sector; the sheep-cow monsters that take on attributes of their environment known as Tehlots, and more. Check out Abardarcorp's inventory, fully stocked with over 50 new items (including a line of anti-magic clothing, restraints, and more!), and 4 different types of vehicle in 14 varieties (including Hoverboards).

And best of all, this is only the beginning. Future releases will expand this world and settings already introduced, and take it further. The next release will contain several dozen new starships, new starship frames, new starship equipment, more expansion bay options, new Underworld storefronts for the Outlaw Moon, the origin of the Outlaw Moon, and monsters, while introducing a setting that is at once deep in the Vast but useable anywhere in the galaxy, or even a seamless integration into the Pact Worlds.

At roughly 44 pages of content (before OGL license, and other required legalese for release), this is basically pure content, released for approximately $4, very soon on our digital storefronts on Paizo, the Open Gaming Store, and DrivethruRPG. In the name of full disclosure, there will not be any internal art in this release, just an amazing retro cover by Klondike307 of the Starfinder subreddit. Mainly because I'm not an artist and I don't have much of a budget for art--yet. However, if this release is a success, there should be internal art for future releases, and one of the things I would dearly love to do is go back and update any and all previous releases with art for no additional cost as it becomes affordable.

We hope to see you in our digital storefronts soon! Unfortunately, there are not any immediate plans for a physical release. At least not until the planned 3-400 page collection rolls around.

Into the Wormhole should release in the next few days. Again, keep an eye on Paizo, the Open Gaming Store, and DrivethruRPG for our first offering, priced at roughly $4.

And keep an eye out for our 58-monster random encounter releases. Based on a standard deck of cards (4 suits of 10, 4 sets of 4 face-cards, and 1-2 jokers/smokers/midnight tokers), they will be released pre-numbered in a 3d20-2 format, and/or a physical card format for Pay What You Want where available, though printed cards would require payment of printing costs. Our first deck will be a collection of urban pedestrians, combat-ready toughs, a handful of bosses, and a pair of wacky randoms, for parties in or near Absalom Station or other metropolises.
