Everything About: Brodert Quink!

Let's flesh out the character of Brodert Quink! (I got some good responses from the thread on Belor Hemlock, so I figured I'd continue the series.)

Everything about 'Everything About':

I figure every GM wants to run 3-dimensional NPCs, but not everyone has the time to prep every one. So I'm hoping this can act as a reference thread for GMs starting the AP, where they can take advantage of the creativity of GMs who have already invested the time into making this character interesting.

Someone else on here had an idea for how Quink concluded the Old Light was a flame spewing weapon. The stone has particular properties that make it an effective heat sink.

Also, just a note. As far as I've found, the sum total of Quink's Canon knowledge of Thesillion is at the beginning of book 2. My players went to grill him the other night in Burnt Offerings and I had trouble finding it. In general, fleshing out what he knows and doesn't know would be helpful, or perhaps coming up with some intellectual rivals for him either in Sandpoint or Magnimar.
