Crushing Coils (Ex)
A constricted creature must succeed two DC 42 Fortitude save or lose consciousness for 1d8 rounds. A creature who fails his save also has to make another save or be affected by suffocation (DC 27), CL 28th. The save DC is Strength-based.
Crystal Sharp (Ex)
Andirfkhu's tail is covered with sharp scales, making it deal slashing damage and deliver her poison.
Master Illusionist (Ex)
Andirifkhu is immune to all spells and effects of the illusion school. Every such spell's DC within 30 ft. of her is increased by 4.
Multiweapon Mastery (Ex)
Andirifkhu never takes penalties to her attack roll when fighting with multiple weapons.
Poison (Ex)
Tail slap, kukri, longswords or scythe—injury; save Fort DC 39; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d6 Constitution drain. The save DC is Constitution-based.
Reality Bending Aura (Su)
Unlike many demon lords, Andirifkhu doesn’t possess a frightful presence ability. Rather, every creature within 30 ft. of her has to make a will saving throw (DC 37) or lose its immunity to illusions. The save DC is charisma-based.
Sadist (Ex)
Every time Andirifkhu deals slashing damage to a target, she can add 2d4 point of bleed damage. Every time she is hit by a slashing weapon, her regeneration is increased by 2d4 points for 1 round (this effect does not stack with itself).
True Infuse Weapon (Su)
Any weapon Andirifkhu wields gains a +3 enhancement bonus as well as the unholy enchantment, and is treated as being cold iron and evil for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Looks neat, but I don't know who or what this is to represent.

Real quick I think it's decent but there are a few things I would change or that I think should be different.

Is she really huge size I thought she would be large.

I think the str is too high and the dex is too low. I think she should be using all finesse weapons and doing dex to damage. Her hair should also be able to attack.

Not sure about the rest of her stats and a few of her defensive abilities.

And you're right, if she's large I should defenitly reduce strength and add dexterity.

Maybe I'm remembering the wrong entry from The Book of the Damned but I thought it said she attacks with her razor hair or something like that. She has a whirlwind style attack too.

I would also give her craft traps as a skill, acrobatics and a few others.

She should also have a special attack called razor prison that functions as maze but with...razor traps. :)
