Hello I have a question, why is Samsaran not available in Pathfinder Society Roleplaying anymore?

Anymore? If you mean as a regular character It was never a legal option.

If you mean as a boon, the boon gets rotated out, so that someone that ran a convention in the summer and then in the winter has more incentive to go.

It's only ever been offered as a Boon race.

I actually just gave away one of my two. It was offered this year (Spring?) as a Convention Boon.

Previously I believe it was only available through GenCon.
