This is about the Gifted Blade archetype of the Soulknife class.
I noticed that some of the Psionic Talents like for example My Light are 0-level for pretty much every class but 1st level for Gifted Blades.
Also the Gifted Blade power-list shows no 0-level powers.
What does that mean in regards to:
a) Can they use it for free by maintaining Psionic Focus?
b) Do they get it for free when picking up the linked Power, in the case of My Light that would be Synesthete?
c) Can Gifted Blades take the Access Psionic Talent and gain Talents?
d) If c) is yes, what list can he choose them from? If it appears as a 0-level Power on any of the class lists it's a Talent and ok?
e) Can they opt to select 5 Talents in place of a Power?
f) "Power Points: psionic focus or 1" does that mean maintaining focus or expending it to manifest the power?
gifted blades do not get talents, just as rangers don't get cantrips or orisons

That kinda stinks... so they can't get them through the Access Psionic Talent feat either I suppose?
But question f) is a bit unrelated there, in some of those Powers it says "Power Points: psionic focus or 1", when a Gifted Blade picks that up as a level 1 power then, he only has the option to pay the 1 PP, not the focus?
Correct.
now, if the gifted blade picks up the feat, that's a different story, and all the normal rules for talents apply. but by default, they don't get any.
