I don't think deities have 'sacred animals' in the same way they are all assigned sacred weapons. Sarenrae's center of worship is in the desert, so she would be the most connected with camels in terms of lore if you want to use that perspective. The other way would be to look for a deity that grants the animal domain. The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Gozreh and Erastil.

Qadira: Jewel of the East has some other faiths listed on page 18. Perhaps one of them could be developed out a bit to include an association with camels, if the GM is amenable.
Lugalisimaru, the Palm Tree King, a pre-Keleshite deity from Casmaron associated with oases in the desert, seems the most likely, to me.
There's not much on him or his faith, but Good, Plant, Protection and Water seem on-theme for domains, if the GM wanted to allow clerics of such a minor regional god, who could be NG and have the spear as a favored weapon (and the water-storing desert camel as his favorite animal).

Yeah, then says that they have other special animals besides the assigned sacred animal for several of them.
Abadar for instance, is assigned the Monkey as his sacred animal, but then there's also the bit where monkeys, golden eagles, beavers, watchdogs and house cats, mounts, and beasts of burden are all called out as favored animals of Abadar. Which is part of why Abadar's divine servitors, the Orsheval, are equine in form, I imagine.
It's also mentioned that he and his faithful hold eagles, hippogriffs, griffons, and his own servitors the orshevals in high regard, along with liking other creatures that symbolize order and perfection.
