Advice

Hey guys next week i gonna start Curse of Crimson Throne. And I need a bit of your experience.

My party:
Human Swashbuckler
Half-elf Bard
Aasimar Witch.
Me->? they told me i need a tank o muscle dps. Str Frontliner, i think.

Thanks!

I would suggest Warpriest, Life Oracle, Cleric, or Paladin, as the party is also missing Divine. All of those can be built into decent or better frontline damagers.

Not necessarily. Swashbuckler is straight forward, but he hasn't said what kind o witch it is. if it has the healing patron, then it would cover most of the key healing spells you would need.

It would also help if we know what the bard focuses on. Is it a caster (going for save DCs), melee, or archer?

Hey, witcher just heal we need it, but no healing patron, and bard i think he go a bit archer but mostly caster and supp.

I would suggest paladin or cleric of Iomedae and act like a paladin. Plenty of healing and heavy armor. Although, if you're a cleric, you'll be expected to heal the party. Kinda hard when you're holding back the bad guys. I would lean more towards paladin.

Yeah, witch is probably enough for general healing, so you probably don't need a full cleric. I might lean towards paladin or warpriest also have the spells that solve longer lasting problems (such as ability damage using lesser restoration). You don't need much of that stuff (only a rare GM throw stuff that causes those problems at a high pace), but having 'some' is a real quality of life thing.

Paladins are also great tanks, and they are good muscle against anything evil. wapriests would do great too.

Of course, nothing says you have to go with divine classes for that stuff. Alchemists also get restoration spells. And they can be fantastic tanks or muscle as well, depending on the build. And alchemists also have access to bombs (which can provide AoE battlefield control; your party doesn't have much of that)

I'd love to have your GM. Ability damage is very common in APs and in bestiary entries. Having someone dedicated to getting rid of the constant debuffs an average party will encounter is tantamount to party survival.
