I sent you an email at customer.service@paizo.com on Oct 9th, but haven't received a reply yet, so I'm trying here instead :).

I made the startling discovery that I appear not to have received two recent orders from you. Startling because 1) I didn't notice it earlier (obviously a bad work-gaming balance:), and 2) in approx 9 years as a subscriber there has never been any issues earlier :).
The orders in question are
#4372781, of July 6th, 2 books
#4406623, of July 28th, 3 books
Do you have anything in your records that might indicate if the books might have been returned to you? For example if they for some reason weren't delivered during the summer?

I apologize for the delay in responding to you. We have a very large backlog of email we are working through.
We don't have tracking for international orders so I can't see where they are. But even with up to 36 business days in transit to you they should have arrived by now. We have not received a return yet, but packages often travel slower on their way back. It sounds like the packages are lost in transit. I have set up replacements for you that should be shipping out along with your next subscription order.
