Wondering if there are a couple magic items that do what I am looking for
1) An item that will turn a normal animal into a familiar
2) An item that will allow my ranged touch attacks (spells) to have the precise shot feat
1)No. You can kinda buy a familiar but its a really crappy version no worth the gp
2) There's +1 training enchant gauntlets(inner sea intrigue) if you already have point blank shot. Also check out mage's crossbow(ranged tactics toolbox) for a nice bonus to hit
