So lets say that I am using my fists to attack and I have a +2 Gauntlet (8K) and a Furious AoMF (16K).
Note: Gauntlets are listed as unarmed strikes and AoMF don't have to have an enhancement bonus.
Question: Does the AoMF make the gauntlet a +4 gauntlet while I am raging and using my fists (gauntlets) to strike?

Does AoMF mean : Amulet of Mighty Fist? Because the furious enhancement can only by place on a melee weapon.
AoMF says,
This amulet grants an enhancement bonus of +1 to +5 on attack and damage rolls with unarmed attacks and natural weapons.
Alternatively, this amulet can grant melee weapon special abilities, so long as they can be applied to unarmed attacks. See Table: Melee Weapon Special Abilities for a list of abilities. Special abilities count as additional bonuses for determining the market value of the item, but do not modify attack or damage bonuses. An amulet of mighty fists cannot have a modified bonus (enhancement bonus plus special ability bonus equivalents) higher than +5. An amulet of mighty fists does not need to have a +1 enhancement bonus to grant a melee weapon special ability.
Gauntlets are an unarmed attack and a weapon. So, furious can be applied to unarmed attacks if those unarmed attacks happen to also be weapon attacks. In the case above they are, are they not?

Fists are Unarmed Strikes.
Gauntlets are Unarmed Attack (not Unarmed Strike).
There is a question whether or not all printed "+1 gauntlet" items are errors and have inbound errata coming soon (some time in next few years.)
Even if Furious made Gauntlet +4, attacking with Unarmed Strike wouldn't be enhanced.
This whole mess is an "Ask your GM" situation, because we have nothing "official" and only a lot of "unofficial" dev comments saying no.
