Is there Hero-lab support for multiple wizard spell books?

Yes, that was added a little while back. It actually enforces the page count now for each book, which is nice.

Even lets you give each spellbook a name.

My lvl 5 wizard's current spellbook is entitled, "Baby's First Spellbook."
