Cannot complete online orders

I am trying to purchase the Starfinder Character Portfolio PDF and I am running into issues.

For some reason the website wont do anything when I try to submit my credit card security code, I click the 'submit' button and the little ticking/thinking icon rolls around a couple times then goes away, but the window never changes. The same window asking for my security code stays there with the code typed in. If I hit submit again, nothing happens.
Then if I log off and try to place the order it tells me there is an error with credit card card info. I have deleted and tried multiple times with the same results. I tried Internet explorer, Chrome, and Firefox; even Incognito and Private modes give the same error or just won't even ask for the security code.

Have tried 2 separate computers as well. It was suggested that I am looking at a possible credit card lock from the CC company.

Hello RumRogue,

Your card is being declined due to "One or more fields in the request contains invalid data." This is not the security code. In your billing address you have the full state name and then the state abbreviation in parenthesis. The card processor is seeing way too much information in that field and is saying the information is incorrect. I have changed that to be just the states abbreviation and was able to successfully submit the order. You will be receiving an email confirmation and you should be able to see the PDF on your My Downloads page now.
