CRB binding and loose pages

Hi-

My core rule book has a cracked binding and a couple of the pages are actually starting to feel loose. The store I got it from said they can't replace it or exchange it. Where do I go from here?

Yea I'd like to add myself to this as well. My Starfinder CRB that I recently bought has had the pages separate from the spine of the book. Is there a way to get a replacement for the book?

If they were purchased through a retailer other than paizo.com, your first step should be to seek a resolution through that retailer, whether that be an exchange or replacement, or a refund.

(Extra info: The retailer can then get a replacement or credit from their distributor, who gets a replacement or credit from us. This ensures that bookkeeping/accounting for damages or manufacturing errors is coming back to us through the same channels they went out.

If any retailer is having issues with this with their distributor(s), then they should contact our sales team at distributor.orders@paizo.com, so they can work to get everyone on the same page.)

If you purchased it through us, please email us some pictures of the book in an email, along with your order number.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, the store at which I purchased the book is no longer in business, so returning to them is not an option. I guess I'm out of luck then?

Please send pictures of the book to customer.service@paizo.com and we should be able to get you taken care of. Keep in mind that we have an extremely large influx of emails and are working to get them all caught up so it may be some time before you get a response. Even if it takes a while we will respond to you as soon as we get to your email.
