Solar Acceleration Zenith Revelation

Rules Questions

I was wondering about the wording of Solar Acceleration. The first sentence suggests that it has a passive ability and that it's in effect whenever you are fully solar attuned. Alternatively it could be interpreted that the standard action full attack triggers the revelation and casts 'haste' on people.

Am i reading this wrong? Do you always have standard action full attacks when fully attuned, or is the standard the trigger?

Page 103:

"Zenith revelations are powerful stellar revelations that require
you to be fully attuned in a stellar mode. After using a zenith
revelation, your stellar mode immediately becomes unattuned."

As soon as you make a full attack as a standard action, you are using the Solar Acceleration rules text, so you have used the revelation. At that point you become unattuned, and thus can no longer benefit from it until again reaching the fully-attuned state.

So yes, you can think of it as the standard action to full attack as triggering it. Basically, if you're doing something because of the rules text under that power, you are "using" that power.

Thank you much appreciated.
