My pathfinder subscription books have been placed in the sidecart and are expected to ship early september. I don't see the Starfinder PDF downloads yet, so I wonder if those are only added once the order is processed for shipping? If so, I'd like to know if there is a way the PDF can be provided earlier?

Thanks for your question! Yes, subscription PDFs are only granted to accounts once the order for physical products has been processed for shipping and we cannot grant those PDFs before the order is shipped.
If you'd like, I can move the available items out of your sidecart and into a separate order so that they can be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that some of the items have gone into backorder state and will not be able to ship until we receive more in our warehouse.

If the expected shipping date of early september is stable, it's fine to leave them as one order. If there's a risk of more items going into backorder pushing the processing date back, I'll have to ponder the pro's and con's a bit.
So I guess the question is: are all items that are in stock now, reserved for sidecard orders?

Hi Yerdiss,
When we start generating subscription orders in September, our system will take the available items out of your sidecart and place them in an order to ship. Any subscription items that were ordered before the product went into backorder state should be reserved for you.
As it stands, it looks like you'd ordered the Starfinder Adventure Path after it was already backordered, so that will not be available until after we receive more of the physical copies. This appears to also be the case with the Starfinder Core Rulebook Pawn Collection, which went into backorder status on July 30th.
You should still be able to get the Starfinder maps, as you ordered them earlier on the day that they went into backorder status. However, our system is currently flagging them as unavailable for your order, which needs to be fixed by our tech team.
Otherwise, everything else in your shopping cart should be ready to go with your next subscription shipment in September, and the PDF will be granted automatically when they are processed for shipping.
