How do Natural attacks work now?

Rules Questions

I noticed in the Rulebook no mention of Natural Attacks directly. So does that mean on a full action, a creature with 2 claw attacks and a bite could only do the 2 claw attacks?

Technically, they are mentioned once. The Vesk have an ability called "Natural Weapons" that enhances their ability with unarmed strikes and also with any other natural weapons. Not that they specify anything else about it.

Unarmed Strike p.171 is Archaic and Non-lethal. It does 1d3 B + Str Mod. Since it is Archaic, any modern armor will reduce damage by 5, but you will have a minimum damage of 1, if I read the rules correctly. Claws are also generally archaic by definition. You need high modern materials, beyond regular steel before it's no longer considered archaic.

Messed up, Vesk claws are -not- considered Archaic, which by itself is a big deal. On top of that, they get +3/2s level when they hit specialization with their claws.

I assume dragon teeth/claws wouldn't be considered archaic, but regular animals would?
Although Vesk set a precedent for presumably non-magical creatures having non-archaic natural weapons.

I imagine this will be clarified once the Alien Archive is released, at least

I'm guessing Vesk somehow biologically modified themselves so their claws could stand up to modern weapons.

I'm guessing normal animals will count as Archaic in their attacks, but most of what the PCs will be up against is not-natural scary stuff.

In the "Monster Conversion" section, you just take the damage die as is (and add CR after CR3) The natural attacks do not get classified as "archaic"

Improved Unarmed Strike does make the attack Lethal but does not say anything about making it non-archaic. This may be FAQed later
