So the Bonded Investigator gets a ability at 4th lv called Inspired Familiar. it stats
the familiar can access the investigator’s inspiration pool to augment its own actions; the use of inspiration is deducted from the investigator’s number of daily uses as normal. The familiar can use the inspiration ability (and gains the increased benefits of investigator talents that affect the bonus dice used in this ability) but cannot expend uses of inspiration for other purposes.
so its probably simple, but i'm having trouble reading it,
questions i have:
1)can my familiar use inspiration on knowledge skills without spending points like i would? or does it cost a point?
2) if i get combat inspiration or expanded inspiration, can he share that?
3)what does it mean by "cannot expend uses of inspiration for other purposes."
If 1 is yes, man rolling twice on my turn for a knowledge and adding 1d6 to both would be awesome!

The familiar can access the investigator’s inspiration pool to augment its own actions; the use of inspiration is deducted from the investigator’s number of daily uses as normal. The familiar can use the inspiration ability (and gains the increased benefits of investigator talents that affect the bonus dice used in this ability) but cannot expend uses of inspiration for other purposes.
This ability replaces the studied strike damage gained at 4th level.
1. Yes. That is a use of the inspiration ability, which the familiar is allowed per above.
2. Yes. This modifies the investigator's inspiration ability, which the familiar can use.3. An example of something the familiar could not do is the Inspirational Expertise investigator talent. That talent involves expending a use of inspiration for a purpose separate from the inspiration ability.
