Our DM handed out some homebrew magic weapons to each player a few sessions ago. In the last session we received more gifts and I'm now in a position to sell the homebrew magic sword.
Details of the item:
+1 scimitar
Fire resist 3 whilst held
Once per day, shoot a 3D6 damage cyclone as a ranged touch attack up to 25 feet.
I've looked over the weapon properties available under Craft Magic arms and Armour and I can see that the fire resist and cyclone attack are not listed, nor can I see anything similar.
My Question: how would you price such an item?
My gut feeling is that this would be equivalent to a +4 weapon - the fire resist feels more like a +2 property than a +1, however I would be very grateful for the community input on this one as we're not the most experienced Pathfinder players.

1) Ask your GM what it is worth.
2) The Fire resistance is very weak largely negligible certainly not a +2 quality. The nearest is Fire resistance 10 for armour at +18000, on that basis I rate fire resistance 3 at 3000 maybe 4000 if I am being generous
The energy blast seems comparable to casting a 1st level spell once a day at caster level 3 ( a bit weaker than the standard spells earpiercing scream and Snowball) which is 1800*3*1/5 = 1080gp
So I think the sword is worth about 2315(+ 1 scimitar) +4080 about 6395 so you could get about 3200gp for it , although I think that overvalues a few very minor abilities and probably if I had an item like that in my campaign I would price it at 4000gp max and sell at 2000gp
