PluTo capstone scenario at GenCon?

I'm debating whether I want to play this on my own or try to do it as a group at Gen Con, but last year it was very tough to find groups that weren't all tier 1. So I'm probably better off soloing scenario P and starting a new character at the Con with the new season.
