Ideal trox class choice

Advice

Hi

So i am going to be playing with a group soon in an eberron esq airship kind of game and i want to go for a trox slave laborer kind of thing. So i was wondering whether i could get advice on the most suitable class for that kind of style

Thank you

I'd suggest bloodrager with the abyssal bloodline; 4th level bloodline power gives you an enlarge person that works regardless of type(trox being monstrous humanoids normally can't benefit), and the 12th level power increases the strength bonus from raging(first by 2, then 4 at level 16, and 6 at 20).

Drawback being that trox take a -2 to all their mental scores and it gets a little MAD, but I'd say that tradeoff for a huge-sized trox and accompanying weapon is worth it.

fair enough, that could work but i am ideally looking for something with no magic with little to no training, so a regular barbarian might be a better choice

Well the great thing about bloodrager magic is, like sorcerer magic, it's the kind of magic you get with no training; it's just an innate power that the character has. X-men style.

But yeah, regular barbarian would probably be the way to go if you don't want any magic at all. Don't have to worry about the mental score penalties, can just focus on the physical abilities.

Just primarily thinking on a slave esq class, or can have the feel of such, thank you though

Try the pack mule Fighter archetype? Usefull in battle, but also since your large and have huge STR score, plus the class bonuses you could carry your entire party no problem after a few levels, probably able to drag a house out of a town too!

sounds good thanks
