Is there an online resource for generating random citizens of a city? A character generator that you like or a database/roster? I have the major players, but I'm looking for faces in the crowd, shopkeepers, street people and the like. I don't care about class builds and the like for this. I don't need intricate plot hooks for this either.
I just want something to spark my imagination with a few good RP hooks, someone quick to Role Play when my players go off to explore the local culture.
