Hi, first time here trying to buy something directly from paizo, i was interested in Starfinder and i'm pretty exctited about it.
Before making my order i wanted to know if the price wasn't too high for what i wanted to buy since i'm a poor student; I knew about the high shipping price to another country (i live in Italy) and i was worried about that, but during the choosing of the type of shipment i notice that the four manuals where separated in four shipment, is that something that suppose to happen or?

Hello Marco,
That is an issue our system is currently having with pre order items. Our system is set to separate out pre orders so they don't hold up the rest of the order. Currently it is instead moving all pre orders, even if they release the same month, into individual orders. When you submit the order let us know and we can merge them all back into one order (depending on the shipping method they may not all be able to go in one package though).

Hello Marco,
I have merged the items into one order so you can see the shipping options and costs. The system will likely separate them again when you submit the order, so please let us know so we can merge them again if you do submit it. Since I am not sure if it will separate them if you try to change shipping methods I am listing the options and costs here:
USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days in transit, $59.56. This option is not trackable.
UPS International: 5 business days in transit, $76.94. This option is trackable.

Yeah they got separated again, but anyway this is perfect thank you! if it's $59.56 for all four then i really think i could buy them.
Thanks again for your help! ah one last thing, i will probably charge my card with the exact amount i need, will it be a problem in starting the order if i don't have the amount that i would need with the four different shipment?

Hello Marco,
It may. When you submit the order your bank is going to get pinged to make sure your card is valid. This isn't a charge it's just asking the bank, "Is this a good card?" When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. This means that if your bank does that and the funds are not there they may decline it due to "Insufficient funds."

One way around this issue is to buy yourself a gift certificate (your card will be charged immediately).
Then, you can redeem the gift certificate, putting your account in credit.
Finally, you can then place your order and elect to apply your store credit.
Given the packaging splitting shenanigans you might want to get CS to complete this third stage for you, but in general, this is one way to manage exactly when you see the charge at your end.

Hello Marco,
Steve is correct, you can purchase store credit and apply it to the order. In that case I would have to submit it for you as it is either going to want you to attached the full amount of the order before the packages are merged or will want a card for the difference in order to be submitted at all if you try to submit it.
