So, I'm a fan of playing non-standard characters that usually have significant drawbacks...and then try to optimize from there. Makes for some excellent roleplaying options. So, my Kobold, cursed from birth, causing his tribe to cast him out and fend for himself. Taken in by a group of lycanthropes who sympathize with his unusual disabilities and know what it feels like to be ostracized from the rest of society. Having seen the hurt that can be caused by evil intentions, and determined to demonstrate the benefits that can be brought by even those deemed unfit for typical society, he embarks on a journey to become a paragon of good, embracing his heritage.

Thoughts on the order in which I take levels? Feats? The three prestigious spellcasters are necessary to gain the ability to cast 9th lvl spells eventually, multiattack only works for the tail slap normally, but gives options to wield a one-hand weapon, as well as benefiting attacks in dragon form. Plus, beastshape II has a lovely octupus option with NINE natural attacks, eight of which are secondary. By the time I take the feat, I should be spending most of the day transformed with one of the two options. Wolf companion is for flavor largely, but has excellent potential as a flanker and trip-machine with improved natural Attack to really boost the bite damage. I start wielding a long sword at low levels (with proficiency for it gained with the Paladin dip at second level, with some minor party bugging and healing, and transition to self-buffed Divine Favor and natural attacks (4 of them) at lvl 7. Paladin dip and prophetic armor revelation help me offset the kobolds terrible ability scores and take massive dump stats. Dragon Disciple is obviously part of the flavor of the character, but also provides the strength necessary to do melee combat and natural attacks. By oracle level eight, using kobold alternate class bonus, I'll get +2 ac on self-cast spells, for a solid +6 armor bonus from mage armor lasting most of the day.

Wolf Feats:
Improved Natural Attack, Spring Attack, Power Attack, Combat Reflexes, Weapon Focus
Mithril Breastplate (+6, +5 max dex bonus, 0 ACP)

Thoughts? Adjustments? I'm pretty excited about the character concept.

Also of note, monstrous extremities lasts 1 hour/lvl and I'll have access to it by level nine, allowing me to add two hooves and two wing attacks to my existing 4-5 natural attacks basically all of the time. Nine natural attacks with +4 to hit/damage from divine favor, and occasionally bumped up to large damage dice from the Orc bloodline, this is the other reason I currently have multiattack in the plans. But feel free to disagree either way.

It looks good later on, but the first 4-6 levels or so look exceptionally painful. As in, you'll have difficulty surviving and even more difficulty contributing. Are you OK with that?

I'm not sure what you'd do to change that, as the obvious places to go for a fix do contribute to the later power - the skill focus & the first eldritch heritage for example.

That is a fair evaluation. And I had hoped that maybe I had been silly and missed something that would help make me a bit more viable at early levels. I've never played a game without starting at level one, but I've seen a lot of people do games where they start at level 5+. Maybe this would be a character I'd have to save for one of those games.

How and why are you taking dragon disciple with no arcane casting? I'm assuming I'm missing something somwhere but even if you gain access - it doesn't seem worth it without casting progression.

Lastly, I think prestigious spellcaster only works once as normal, and after that it only grants +1 caster level. So much of the build doesn't work. Community minded with the orc power is a neat trick I handed though of before, though why the kobold has orc blood is a question I don't want to know the answer to xD

The Scaled Disciple feat, from Kobolds of, allows a Kobold to prestige with DD using a spontaneous divine spellcaster (and use the DD increases for that divine class). I hadn't noticed the subtle difference before with prestigious spellcaster, but at a second read, you may be right. I suppose I'd have to luck out with the GM on that (it is effectively using more than a quarter of my feats), but getting access to Miracle was more of an RP desire than a vital part of the build anyway. I'll spare you the details on the orc bloodline, but suffice to say that a drunk orc is hard to say "no" to :-P. Without the prestigious spellcaster feats, I may have to drop the paladin dip. It was mainly for the boost to saves and RP anyway. But the initial build idea is crippled enough that I probably can't afford to pursue it too relentlessly. RP can only go so far before the rest of the party gets irritated that I'm worthless ;-).

Fractional BAB from pathfinder unchained will help maybe fractional saves as well
Fractional BAB means that at level 6 you gain +5 instead of +4
Level 10 +8 instead of +7
Level 14 +11 instead of +10
